The AbiliTech team Nicole Pontefract, B.Sc., KIN received her Bachelor of Science in Honours Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in 1996. She received her Certificate in Disability Management from Mohawk College in 2000. She is a certified member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association. Ms. Pontefract has over 15 years of extensive experience in the insurance and employer industry conducting Ergonomic Assessments,Physical Demands Analyses,Functional Abilities Evaluations, and prescribing Rehabilitative Exercise Programs for both physical and mental health related issues. nicole@abilitechsolutions.ca Justin Barney, MSc., H.B. Kin received his Honours Bachelor Kinesiology degree from McMaster University in 2005 and his Master of Science degree in 2007.  While completing these degrees, his program selection emphasized Motor Control, Biomechanics, Ergonomics and Human Factors.  Mr. Barney has applied his collective knowledge in the fields of Rehabilitation and Ergonomics, and has work extensively in both the office and industrial settings conducting Ergonomic Assessments, Functional Abilities Evaluations and Physical Demands Analyses, as well as developing Return-to-Work and Rehabilitative Exercise programs.  Mr. Barney is a certified member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association, and is dedicated to improving the physical and mental health of individuals both inside and outside of the workplace.justin@abilitechsolutions.ca Roy Till, B.Sc., D.C., FCCRS (C) has been in private practice since 1983. Dr. Till has a special interest in assisting industry with respect to disability management and workplace health & safety issues. He has acted as a consultant to the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Institute for Work and Health, the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, and the Ontario Chiropractic Association. Dr. Till was also the Director of The Assessment Centre, which provided multidisciplinary assessments of disability and rehabilitation needs in assisting with the alternative dispute resolution of motor vehicle accident claims.roy@abilitechsolutions.ca Sunila Melanson, B.Sc.Eng, P.Eng received her Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering-Environmental Option from Queen’s University in 1994.  Ms. Melanson has over 10 years of experience in the Health and Safety industry.  She has worked in both a manufacturing and consulting engineering setting conducting various tasks including hazardous materials assessments, PPE assessments, WHMIS training, health and safety audits and Work Hazards analysis.  Ms. Melansonis well versed in the requirements of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and has been teaching an on-line health and safety course she developed for Mohawk College since 2006.sunila@abilitechsolutions.ca
